Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation Policy
Due to the customization of our products, we do not offer a refund unless your product was damaged or incorrect. If you feel your order was damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 5 business days of receipt as shown on your tracking information. Please email us to issue a return at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Returns of damaged products only will be issued a refund of the purchase price plus the shipping fee.
- There are no refunds unless something is damaged
- For any return made to a customer’s credit card, there will be a 3% credit card processing fee.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns and/or exchanges.
- We will process your refund for returns within 7 business days of receipt of returned product(s).
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled for any reason once the production process has started.
- You can cancel or edit your order by emailing email@example.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
We typically have an inventory of products in stock to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple shipments. Falcata Company does not believe in charging the customer extra fees in shipping to make an easy profit. Our website is linked to various shipping companies and rates are updated within several business days. Please contact us immediately if you feel that your shipping rates were not reasonable.
- There are no handling charges at Falcata Company, nor do we charge extra for boxes that your items are shipped in.
- Most orders placed Monday-Friday by 2pm EST are processed the next day.
- We ship within the 48 contiguous United States, plus Alaska and Hawaii.
- Please allow up to 2 (two) business days for ground orders to ship during our busiest times of the year.
- Ground usually takes 5-7 Business days for shipments to be delivered in the Contiguous U.S. after your order has been processed.
- 3-Day usually takes 3 Business days for shipments to be delivered in the Contiguous U.S. after your order has been processed.
- 2-Day usually takes 2 Business days for shipments to be delivered in the Contiguous U.S. after your order has been processed.
- 1-Day usually takes 1 Business days for shipments to be delivered in the Contiguous U.S., after your order has been processed.
- For expedited shipping, orders placed by 10:00AM EST will ship the same day on most occasions.
- Due to COVID-19, no shipping timeframes are guaranteed by any courier.
- Falcata Company is not responsible and/or liable for any refunds due to late shipments.
- Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are not considered business days.
- Orders with different billing and shipping addresses will be properly verified before shipping.
